A hidden gem. 'S71832' is a detached holiday bungalow situated on Beach Road in the waterside hamlet of Llanreath at Pembroke Dock in Pembrokeshire.
Set in three quarters of an acre of lovely terraced gardens, this delightful south facing property commands fabulous views of the Milford Haven estuary, the 18 hole South Pembrokeshire Golf Course and the local woods.
The Pembrokeshire coastal path is only 5 minutes' walk from the doorstep and a small launching slipway is a convenient 2 minute stroll away.
The historic town of Pembroke with its pleasing array of riverside pubs and restaurants as well as the imposing Norman castle is only a five minute car journey away.
Many of South Pembrokeshire's best sandy beaches, including Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay are within easy reach.
This is a great base from which to explore south Pembrokeshire and the beautiful coastline and is especially ideal for couples and families wishing to enjoy the great outdoors.
Less able visitors should be aware that there are a flight of steps which lead down to the property.
A flight of steps lead down from the parking area to the bungalow. The attractive lounge dining room ensures breath-taking views throughout all seasons. The lounge area features a multi fuel stove and is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a giant bean bag, colour TV DVD player, Hi-fi, books and games cupboard.
The dining area contains a pine table and matching chairs and patio doors open onto the decked terrace where one can sit and watch the ever changing views over the waterways.
The kitchen contains fitted units, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
There is an adjacent utility room which contains a dishwasher and automatic washing machine.
The bathroom contains bath with overhead electric shower wash hand basin and WC.
There is also a separate WC.
The master bedroom contains a double bed with matching bedroom furniture.
The second bedroom contains twin beds with matching bedroom furniture.
Pretty co-ordinating bed linen is provided for the beds which all have duvets.
Garden and Parking
There is a terraced garden to the fore of the cottage with decking, BBQ area and a post and rail fence.
Lovely views of the estuary and golf course make this an ideal spot to enjoy al-fresco dining or some sunshine.
There is private parking for two cars above the property.
An old cottage hearth place makes a charming feature in the enclosed sun trap courtyard garden to the rear of the property.

Other Information
There are night storage heaters throughout the bungalow. Heating – included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £20 per week between October & April, please leave your payment at the property. The multi fuel stove is available for use upon request only at the time of booking. Wood and anthracite can be purchased directly through the owner, or please provide your own.
A Travel Cot and High Chair are provided.

Towels are available to hire at £5 per guest.
