I completed the Offa's dyke walk on Tuesday the 31st of May and it was the experience of a lifetime for me, having lived in Mid-Wales for the last 21 years and done bits and pieces before, but to do it in one journey was amazing especially with the variety of the scenery, and I am not sure if I could make a choice of what my favourite bit is. My 12 year old son walked with me on the second half of Offa's Dyke (from Welshpool), he has walked from Welshpool to Knighton before, and is now eager to do the south bit as well! I would like to thank the people who maintain the path (and the website which was fantastic for planning purposes) for a fantastic two week period of my life!Pic1 Tintern Abbey from Devils PulpitPic2 Castell Dinas Bran @ LlangollenPic3 Prestatyn Sea Front
