Award winning 4* Gold converted luxury cottages in a tranquil location with stunning views across the Meon Valley and Isle of Wight. The cottages incorporate a tasteful blend of contemporary style and modern comforts with individual hot tubs, indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi with accessibility in mind.
Within easy reach of London, Winchester and Portsmouth, the eight ground-floor self-contained cottages are completed to high standards. Quality fixture and fittings throughout including oak flooring, woodburners, free WiFi and underfloor heating . They offer excellent accessibility (M1, M2, M3, H1 and V1). Children and pets are welcome.
The cottages sleep 4-8 people, can be booked individually or as a group (up to 54 people excluding infant cots). Each cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room (with extending oak tables capable of seating 12 or 34). Fully equipped kitchens with microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedrooms are twin or super king all with TVs, ensuite shower rooms and one bathroom.
Located in the South Downs National Park, Wallops Wood is a year-round base for walking cycling and sightseeing .
By road: From the A32, heading North drive through Droxford, at the crossroads with Merington’s Garage (on left), turn right onto B2150 towards Hambledon/ Waterlooville. Go under the railway bridge, past the “Hurdles” pub (on right), continue for 2 miles. Turn left into Sheardley Lane, follow the signage with Wallops Wood Cottages up the road. Past Wallops Wood offices (on left) and Wallops Wood House (on right). Disabled parking is the paved area.
