This quintessentially English village house is in a wonderful location in the heart of the picturesque village of Wye with its regular farmers market, busy village street with many individual shops including both a butchers and bakers and the backdrop of the famous chalk Wye Crown on the North Downs behind.
The charming holiday house has a lovely cosy feel with homely furnishings and a really pretty mix of colours and furniture. The farmhouse kitchen is cosy and warm with an Aga, pretty painted units and a dresser bulging with bright colourful china. There is lots of space for all with two pretty sitting areas, a lovely cosy fireplace and attractive window seats with banks of cushions overlooking the village street. A family dining area at the front of the house to entertain with space to seat all the family, as well as dinner guests!
Upstairs, a particular feature is the private sunny balcony off the main bedroom ideal for a peaceful moment or a cup of coffee with a morning paper! Charming colourful linen, comfy beds and a quaint cottagey feel make this a lovely place to stay during your visit to Kent. Outside, the pretty walled garden is fully enclosed and ideal for all the family with a BBQ, tables and chairs.
