Set in 30 private acres of stunning organic farmland bordering the Skirrid National Park, the fields and hedgerows are teaming with wildflowers and wildlife. Pick fruit from the orchard to take home and cook with herbs from the abundant garden, bounce on the trampoline or soak stress away in the hot tub whilst enjoying the panoramic views . It is a short walk through the fields to reach the mountain - you can be on top of the world with views over 6 counties in 35 minutes.

This is the perfect house to celebrate a milestone event or spend time with family and friends. With the Addison also rental of the Banqueting Barn you have space for events, meetings or larger party. Snuggle up in front of the fires in the sitting room or kitchen, watch a movie in the cinema TV room, play table tennis, chat around the Aga or dance the night away in the disco den; there is plenty of room for everyone with lots of indoor or outdoor activities; making it a great space for use all year round.

Carefully thought out bedrooms each with their own theme, offer flexible accommodation. Three rooms have zip-lock beds making a super king double or two single beds. There are 5 'master' doubles with en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. The farmhouse sleeps 16 in beds plus 4 in Z-beds, accommodating a maximum of 20.

If you need a little extra space and wish to sleep up to 27 guests - Cider House Cottage is located next door and sleeps 6 (plus Z-bed). It is NOT let separately (so you keep your privacy) and is available for an extra charge (please note the web site can't calculate this for you). Fully renovated, it offers a stunning master double with en-suite shower room and freestanding bath, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom which share a shower room. The ground floor has a comfy sitting room and kitchen, fully kitted out with wood burning stove and underfloor heating. Please ask for the price.

Taking the two properties 27 people + babies are easily accommodated in comfort.

With its terraces and ;infinity lawn; sweeping down to an orchard and dug-in 12' trampoline, the farmhouse is ideal for outdoor dining and BBQ's seating up to 30 and a 6 person hot tub. Walks, cycling, visiting castles and fine dining less than a mile away at the famous Walnut Tree Inn - all contribute towards making a fabulous landmark birthday weekend, corporate bonding venue, yoga retreat or active multi-generational family holiday.

The Banqueting Barn is currently undergoing the final part of a 3 year renovation. Bookings for 2020 will be accepted. Ideal as an event venue, it is designed for conferences, yoga retreats, photo shoots, large dinner parties and smaller weddings. With refectory style seating for 50 and ample room for corporate events or summer parties. It will be let in conjunction with to the farmhouse at an additional fee. However, if you wish to book the farmhouse we will guarantee not to book out the barn at the same time.
