This historic railway was part of the former Great Western Railway branch line between Watlington and Princes Risborough, but closed to passenger traffic in 1957. It has since been reopened as an attraction, where visitors can catch a heritage train from the station in Chinnor and follow a beautiful circular route through the Chilterns. There is also a wonderful tea room situated on the platform at Chinnor station. For information on train times and a schedule of events taking place at the railway, please see the website.
