A sculpture and play trail in Twinberrow Woods, created by the community for the community. The trail is always changing with new sculptures being added as more community groups get involved.
The trail has been a great success with all who have visited enjoying the sculptures created by community groups from aged 6 to those who are in their 90's. There is ongoing maintenance and we do need more volunteers to help with this. If you are interested in giving a small amount of time once a month to help in keeping the trail clear and checking sculptures, please get in touch with Vale Vision
In the years since its launch in 2008, the Trail has successfully encouraged many local residents and visitors to the area to appreciate Dursley’s woodlands. Local groups of all ages and abilities have created the individual works, some sponsored by progressive local businesses and some working closely with professional sculptors helping to interpret creative ideas around the theme of healthy living. Thanks are also due to the Twinberrow Trust and Dursley Town Council which manages the woods.
