The bedroom also has a spacious seating area and is equipped with a satellite TV and free wi-fi. The bathroom is also on first floor, equipped with a shower.

The Bed in the Shed is a double room with ensuite bathroom with TV, wi-fi and totally separate from the main house, so you can come and go with total privacy. 300 yards off the South Downs Way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Fabulous large breakfast. 

The Long House is a separate barn conversion situated between Oxenbourne Farm and Oxenbourne House. There are three rooms, two double ensuite rooms and a double/twin with adjacent bathroom.  There is a garden room for guests use and a separate kitchen for making hot drinks with tea coffee etc supplied. The facilities are also there for you to make snacks or meals with your own supplies. TV in each room and WiFi available in the house.  Dogs are welcome.  There are facilities for drying clothes and undercover storage for bikes.  Ample off road parking.  Wheelchair access.  

This delightful British pub in the village of Clanfield is renowned for having delicious food, a great choice of seasonal cask ales and 20 beautiful, en-suite bedrooms. The Hampshire Hog is a family and pet friendly pub with a large beer garden overlooking the striking South Downs countryside. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served daily and the freshly prepared Sunday Carvery is what draws in the locals every week. Copper Beeches is a Family Accomodation provider with two B & B en suite rooms and two self catering Cottages. Torberry Farm is no longer a working farm and our accommodation is a converted Barn and converted outbuildings.  We are situated on the B2146 1 mile from South Harting and 3 miles from Petersfield and a short walk from the South Downs Way Trail.  We are situated on the West Sussex / Hampshire Border.  We can offer a lift to South Harting for an evening meal if required also a packed lunch for the following day for a small fee.  We pride ourselves on being 'green' when and where possible, our breakfast ingredients are locally sourced - including sausages and bacon from our own pigs.  Chicken or Duck eggs (when available) from our smal flock, which you are able to watch from the breakfast table, home made jams and bread.  A warm welcome awaits everyone from Janet and Ian and our Weimaraner dog 'Oscar'.

With accommodation the White Horse can cater for weddings, birthdays or just the one night stop over whilst walking the beautiful South Downs Way.All of these rooms offer wonderful views either over the South Downs or views North over St Margaret's Church dating back to 12th Century. We are in the heart of the village  and offer a friendly warm welcome right on the trail of the  South Downs Way, a  lovely pub with excellent food 30 steps and M&S food store only a stones throw away. Just below Jack & Jill windmills under Wolstenbury Hill. Our Kettle is always on. Guests can enjoy their own private sitting room.  Dog friendly but we charge £5 per dog.We have wifi and will arrange bagage transfers if required.

Dolphin Cottage offers comfortable bed and breakfast in a delightful flint cottage dating back to the seventeenth century. Located on the South Downs way in the rural hamlet of Pyecombe. It is opposite the church and a few minutes walk from the popular local village pub & nearby shop to buy any supplies needed for your ownwards journey. It is a perfect location, for walkers and cyclists. I offer one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both rooms have a private bathroom. Rates include a full English or continental breakfast, with locally sourced produce. Packed lunches are also avaible with prior notice and food is also available at The Plough. Secure dry bicycle storage and off street parking is also available. Unfortunately I am not able to take dogs.

Just 10 minutes down from the trail, 1 Rodmell House (ground floor of a handsome converted granary) offers ultra comfortable B&B accommodation, next to the old forge in the centre of the attractive village of Rodmell -  for walkers, cyclists - and anyone looking for a welcome in the beautiful Ouse valley.Entry is via Lorna's garden patio (around to the rear of the House). Ease off your boots and relax with a mug of tea. Luxuriate in a hot shower and catch up with wi-fi if wished. Good Food and Ale can be had in the Abergavenny Arms opposite..... and there's a feast of a breakfast to look forward to in the morning. Various diets can be catered for and packed lunches provided next day (please mention your needs when booking).......Infact you may be  tempted to linger here another night or two..... With Virginia Woolf's House and Garden in the village,  a host of interesting walks locally, historic Lewes, Charleston and Newhaven (with ferry link to France) nearby,  and Brighton a short train ride away  - there is plenty to warrant staying longer.

The Lodge sits in the grounds of the main house with its own private access and is in a secluded location away from the main property.  We have a Storage area on the property or down opposite the Lodge in a Lock Up Area for Cases, Bikes, Ruck Sacks and Boots.We are offering accommodation that is private and personal but with easy access to the SDW and local amenities if required.We are 5 minutes walk from Simply M&S Petrol Station which is open 24 Hours a day, and the Plough Pub which offers great food lunchtimes and evenings. We are 5 mins by car from Hassocks Station, 20 minutes from Gatwick airport and 20 minutes into the centre of Brighton.

We live in a lovely, comfortable family home at Saddlescombe Farm, right in the heart of the South Downs National Park. We have two beautiful rooms in part of the original cottage, completely secure and private. A double facing the Downs and a twin-bedded room facing the Wildbrooks. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends travelling together. There is NO sharing stairwells or the breakfast table with total strangers. A private bathroom exclusively for guests is equipped with shower and a bath for soaking tired legs. We are in the heart of the village  and offer a friendly warm welcome right on the trail of the  South Downs Way, a  lovely pub with excellent food 30 steps and M&S food store only a stones throw away. Secure dry bicycle storage and off street parking is also available. Unfortunately I am not able to take dogs.

With Virginia Woolf's House and Garden in the village,  a host of interesting walks locally, historic Lewes, Charleston and Newhaven (with ferry link to France) nearby,  and Brighton a short train ride away  - there is plenty to warrant staying longer.

We live in a lovely, comfortable family home at Saddlescombe Farm, right in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
