Pheasants Roost provides cosy accommodation for 2 people and up to 2 dogs, set in a small paddock looking out onto farmland at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds. Less than a mile from the Yorkshire Wolds Way, this shepherds hut offers en-suite shower room (with a surprisingly powerful shower), log burner, eco electric heater, and a wood-fired hot tub to soak away the aches and pain after a day’s walking. We supply tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, all bed linen and towels, and for a small fee offer a breakfast pack. There is a general store in nearby Rillington for basic provisions, pies and sandwiches, plus 2 pubs that serve food, making a perfect stop over for a couple of nights.

The Yorkshire Wolds Way National Trail is accessible from several points close to the cottage & there are a number of easy access walks nearby. The Yorkshire Wolds really are a hidden gem & cyclists will find plenty to explore on one of  Big Skies Bike Rides, one of which starts on the doorstep. At the end of your day exploring, where better to return to than the comfort of The Old Forge, where you can enjoy a hot shower & relax beside the cosy wood burning stove. The property also has stone floors with underfloor heating throughout, perfect for drying out any wet clothing overnight.   The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook fabulous meals while you are away. Or why not have a rest from cooking & eat out at one of several excellent eating places in the local area?  All of our bedrooms are furnished with stunning traditional iron bedsteads, country pine furniture & luxurious bedlinen.  The Cottage is perfect for 2 couples holidaying together as one of our Doubles is en-suite & there is also a large Family Bathroom adjacent to the other King Size Double. Alternatively if you are a family with 2 young children, choose the en-suite bedroom for yourselves & one of our Twin rooms for the kids.  For days out the coastal towns of Scarborough, Filey & Bridlington are all an easy 30min drive, as is the historical City of York. There are literally hundreds of attractions in the local area, including Castle Howard, Scampston Walled Garden, North York Moors Railway, & Eden Camp to name but a few.  Outside there is off road parking for up to 3 cars & a small private garden with patio & garden furniture.

Grey Vine is a newly renovated 2 bedroom holiday home in the beautiful coastal village of Filey on the glorious North Yorkshire Coast. It is located on one of Filey's oldest streets with the sea visible from right outside the front door. It is in a quiet area yet close to all the amenities of Filey including the beach, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, bus stops and train station. Everything you could need on your door step! Grey Vine is well equipped for a comfortable break away by the coast. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. There is a 55 inch smart TV mounted on the wall and a 3 seater sofa and armchair to sit back and relax on. For colder times there is a log effect gas fire for curling up cosy. There is superfast broadband with good signal throughout the property. Bi-fold doors open out onto an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun out there. The kitchen has a ranged of fitted appliances including fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. There are a range of utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite with a shower and 40 inch smart TV mounted on the wall. There is a dressing table and wardrobe with drawers. The twin room has 2 single beds, an ensuite with a shower and 32 inch smart TV mounted on the wall.

A family run business with a small collection of holiday cottages located in the shadow of the historic Bempton Mill.  There are 5 cottages in total: Cliff and Heritage Cottages both sleep 5, Country and Coast cottage both sleep 4 and Old Mill House sleeps 8 - so together we can accommodate upt0 26 people. For smaller groups, Country, Coast and Heritage Cottage are on a shared courtyard so are often booked together as they can sleep upto 13 in 6 bedrooms. PK Cottages are in an idyllic countryside location but just a 15 min walk to the local train station and a 40 minute walk to RSPB Bempton Nature Reserve and miles of Heritage coastline walks.

Less than a mile from the Yorkshire Wolds Way, this shepherds hut offers en-suite shower room (with a surprisingly powerful shower), log burner, eco electric heater, and a wood-fired hot tub to soak away the aches and pain after a day’s walking. We supply tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, all bed linen and towels, and for a small fee offer a breakfast pack. There is a general store in nearby Rillington for basic provisions, pies and sandwiches, plus 2 pubs that serve food, making a perfect stop over for a couple of nights.

Situated in the pretty village of West Lutton, The Old Forge serves as an excellent base for both walkers & cyclists. The Yorkshire Wolds Way National Trail is accessible from several points close to the cottage & there are a number of easy access walks nearby. The Yorkshire Wolds really are a hidden gem & cyclists will find plenty to explore on one of  Big Skies Bike Rides, one of which starts on the doorstep. At the end of your day exploring, where better to return to than the comfort of The Old Forge, where you can enjoy a hot shower & relax beside the cosy wood burning stove. The property also has stone floors with underfloor heating throughout, perfect for drying out any wet clothing overnight.   The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook fabulous meals while you are away. Or why not have a rest from cooking & eat out at one of several excellent eating places in the local area?  All of our bedrooms are furnished with stunning traditional iron bedsteads, country pine furniture & luxurious bedlinen.  The Cottage is perfect for 2 couples holidaying together as one of our Doubles is en-suite & there is also a large Family Bathroom adjacent to the other King Size Double. Alternatively if you are a family with 2 young children, choose the en-suite bedroom for yourselves & one of our Twin rooms for the kids.  For days out the coastal towns of Scarborough, Filey & Bridlington are all an easy 30min drive, as is the historical City of York. There are literally hundreds of attractions in the local area, including Castle Howard, Scampston Walled Garden, North York Moors Railway, & Eden Camp to name but a few.  Outside there is off road parking for up to 3 cars & a small private garden with patio & garden furniture.

Grey Vine is a newly renovated 2 bedroom holiday home in the beautiful coastal village of Filey on the glorious North Yorkshire Coast. It is located on one of Filey's oldest streets with the sea visible from right outside the front door. It is in a quiet area yet close to all the amenities of Filey including the beach, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, bus stops and train station. Everything you could need on your door step! Grey Vine is well equipped for a comfortable break away by the coast. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. There is a 55 inch smart TV mounted on the wall and a 3 seater sofa and armchair to sit back and relax on. For colder times there is a log effect gas fire for curling up cosy. There is superfast broadband with good signal throughout the property. Bi-fold doors open out onto an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun out there. The kitchen has a ranged of fitted appliances including fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. There are a range of utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite with a shower and 40 inch smart TV mounted on the wall. There is a dressing table and wardrobe with drawers. The twin room has 2 single beds, an ensuite with a shower and 32 inch smart TV mounted on the wall.

A family run business with a small collection of holiday cottages located in the shadow of the historic Bempton Mill.  There are 5 cottages in total: Cliff and Heritage Cottages both sleep 5, Country and Coast cottage both sleep 4 and Old Mill House sleeps 8 - so together we can accommodate upt0 26 people. For smaller groups, Country, Coast and Heritage Cottage are on a shared courtyard so are often booked together as they can sleep upto 13 in 6 bedrooms. PK Cottages are in an idyllic countryside location but just a 15 min walk to the local train station and a 40 minute walk to RSPB Bempton Nature Reserve and miles of Heritage coastline walks.

First floor apartment on Filey Seafront.  3 bedrooms, sleeps 6.  2 dogs welcome. Check in on a Monday or a Friday.  We offer 2 or 3 night weekend breaks and 4 night midweek stays as well as weekly bookings.

Stratton House is positioned in the picturesque village of Burton Fleming, with easy access to Scarborough, Bridlington and the Yorkshire Wolds. It has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has been finished to a particularly high standard by the owners themselves. It has been lovingly decorated and furnished and the modern underfloor heating and log burner gives it a cosy, welcoming feel.Stratton House provides excellent accommodation for families or couples who enjoy walking and cycling including the famous Yorkshire Wolds Way. There is a large fantastic West facing fenced garden (so a sun trap on summer evenings) with a stone patio 5m x 4m and a raised grass and planted area with fantastic garden lighting over steps and patio. Table, chairs and BBQ to the rear of the property are also provided.

Sand Cottage is a self catering studio that is also available for overnight bed & breakfast for Yorkshire Wolds Way walkers.  A Welcome Hamper is supplied and the Farm Shop next door is availabe for breakfast provisions.
