This two bedroom property can sleep up to five, One Double-size bedroom, one single bedroom and two very comfortable Air beds that are suitable for adults or children. Parking is permitted for 1car on the cobbles with a resident pass. Very clean Kitchen and bathroom, downstairs toilet facilities and a very spacious open plan living room area and set to the side a dining area with south facing small patio to the rear of the house. This home offers all the usual comforts of a holiday cottage; eating and living areas, central heating, solid fuel and log burning stove, ( fuel and logs provided for first night), television and DVD. If requested, hairdryer, iron and ironing board will be available. Also old towels will be available to dry dogs down and also outside drinking bowls for your pet . It would be appreciated if dogs are not left inside the property by themselves and kept off the bed furniture.We are 30 minutes from the Cleveland Way and we have 2 watering holes to provide food and drink in 1 a very friendly traditional English pub open 12-11pm. Saturday night they hold live music unless you are there, as you will be made welcome,  you can expect noise till 11pm. Also Ironstone Weatherspoons offering cooked breakfast from 8am and food till 11pm take out available, both within walking distance 

Stowaway is a self contained, self catering, home from home cabin, set in a tranquil garden and over looking fields. Within walking distance of Runswick Bay beach and on a bus route to Whitby, Sandsend and Saltburn. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 well behaved dog (Labrador or smaller). A baby sleeping in a cot and not on the move is welcome. Cot / high chair provided on request. There are 2 pubs, a cafe and tearoom in the village. There are many walks locally including the Cleveland Way.

Staithes is located right on the Cleveland Way and the village provides an ideal base to explore the coastlinewalks both north and south. It is also an easy drive in to the North York Moors National Park where you can explore other sections of the Cleveland Way and Dalby Forest both on foot and by bike. Stay in Staithes is a local agency promoting a small range of holiday cottages range from cosy, get away from it all retreats for singles/couples through to larger houses suitable for larger families and groups of up to 8 people. All are located in the heart of the old village within a short walk of the harbour front and local pubs/shops, so multiple properties can be booked if you are looking to accommodate an extended group.  

The Moorings is a delightful holiday home located in Runswick Bay, a stunning coastal town, widely regarded as one of the prettiest spots on the Yorkshire coast. Sleeping up to four guests across two king bedrooms, one of which can be requested to be made up as two single beds. There are also excellent village pubs and inns serving up great local produce in the local area.  Ravenscar is a perfect base for exploring the North York Moors and "Heartbeat" country, as well as coastal fishing villages and the resorts of Whitby and Scarborough with their shops and beaches. The secluded Stoupe Beck Sands are less than 3 miles away (dogs allowed all year).  Nearby local attractions include the Peak Alum Works (National Trust), Scarborough Castle, Whitby Abbey and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.

Grey Vine is a newly renovated 2 bedroom holiday home in the beautiful coastal village of Filey on the glorious North Yorkshire Coast. It is located on one of Filey's oldest streets with the sea visible from right outside the front door. It is in a quiet area yet close to all the amenities of Filey including the beach, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, bus stops and train station. Everything you could need on your door step! Grey Vine is well equipped for a comfortable break away by the coast. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. There is a 55 inch smart TV mounted on the wall and a 3 seater sofa and armchair to sit back and relax on. For colder times there is a log effect gas fire for curling up cosy. There is superfast broadband with good signal throughout the property. Bi-fold doors open out onto an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun out there. The kitchen has a ranged of fitted appliances including fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. There are a range of utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite with a shower and 40 inch smart TV mounted on the wall. There is a dressing table and wardrobe with drawers. The twin room has 2 single beds, an ensuite with a shower and 32 inch smart TV mounted on the wall.

First floor apartment on Filey Seafront.  3 bedrooms, sleeps 6.  2 dogs welcome. Check in on a Monday or a Friday.  We offer 2 or 3 night weekend breaks and 4 night midweek stays as well as weekly bookings.

Sand Cottage is a self catering studio that is also available for overnight bed & breakfast for Yorkshire Wolds Way walkers.  A Welcome Hamper is supplied and the Farm Shop next door is availabe for breakfast provisions. 

Situated on Filey's historic Crescent, the Garden Apartment is close to the beach and shops and provides immaculately presented accommodation. This stone cottage accomodates upto 5 people in three bedrooms all with sea views.  It has a log burner stove (logs provided), a washer/ dryer and dishwasher, enclosed garden and private parking for 2 cars.Walking/cycling routes passing through the village include the Cleveland Way, England Coastal Path, Lyke Wake Walk and “The Cinder Track”.There are breath-taking views of the North York Moors, the Heritage Coast and Robin Hood's Bay from the walking and cycling trails centred on the village.It’s a short stroll to the local hotel with its Panorama Restaurant and public bar. There are also excellent village pubs and inns serving up great local produce in the local area.  Ravenscar is a perfect base for exploring the North York Moors and "Heartbeat" country, as well as coastal fishing villages and the resorts of Whitby and Scarborough with their shops and beaches. The secluded Stoupe Beck Sands are less than 3 miles away (dogs allowed all year).  Nearby local attractions include the Peak Alum Works (National Trust), Scarborough Castle, Whitby Abbey and the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.

Grey Vine is a newly renovated 2 bedroom holiday home in the beautiful coastal village of Filey on the glorious North Yorkshire Coast. It is located on one of Filey's oldest streets with the sea visible from right outside the front door. It is in a quiet area yet close to all the amenities of Filey including the beach, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, bus stops and train station. Everything you could need on your door step! Grey Vine is well equipped for a comfortable break away by the coast. There is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. There is a 55 inch smart TV mounted on the wall and a 3 seater sofa and armchair to sit back and relax on. For colder times there is a log effect gas fire for curling up cosy. There is superfast broadband with good signal throughout the property. Bi-fold doors open out onto an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun out there. The kitchen has a ranged of fitted appliances including fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. There are a range of utensils, pots and pans, slow cooker. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, ensuite with a shower and 40 inch smart TV mounted on the wall. There is a dressing table and wardrobe with drawers. The twin room has 2 single beds, an ensuite with a shower and 32 inch smart TV mounted on the wall.
