We began with sunshine at Sedbury Cliffs and finished 14 days later in a mizzly Prestatyn.Rain didn't dampen our sense of achievement nor our newly-found appreciation for those who created this walk through history.We had our favourite sections like Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, Llangollen and the Shropshire Hills. Challenging days like those between Pandy and Hay-on-Wye and the long day past Jubilee Tower climbing up and down all those Moels left us aching and glad of refreshment at our next B& B.We loved the varied terrain and scenery, the historic monuments along the way and all the people we met who shared their local knowledge.It's a long way from Australia but well worth the trip!
