Designated Bathing Beach which holds a Seaside Award. With toilets available all year round.

Located on the magnificent Flamborough Headland overlooking Bridlington Bay, South Landing beach is a beautiful expanse of sand and chalk pebbles. It is a perfect spot for a family day out where you can have a picnic then explore the rock pools or sit and watch the seabirds on the wing. Adjacent is the South Landing Nature Reserve which offer visitors a sculpture trail and a wealth of local wildlife.

Parking for 100 cars (charges apply).

Access to South Landing beach is via a steep, narrow, winding road. The car park is at the top of the hill and the road is used by the RNLI. Access to the beach is steep slope with a slight drop off which can be uneven and often can be rocky. This beach is not advisable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility.
