This two bedroom property can sleep up to five, One Double-size bedroom, one single bedroom and two very comfortable Air beds that are suitable for adults or children. Parking is permitted for 1car on the cobbles with a resident pass. Very clean Kitchen and bathroom, downstairs toilet facilities and a very spacious open plan living room area and set to the side a dining area with south facing small patio to the rear of the house. This home offers all the usual comforts of a holiday cottage; eating and living areas, central heating, solid fuel and log burning stove, ( fuel and logs provided for first night), television and DVD. If requested, hairdryer, iron and ironing board will be available. Also old towels will be available to dry dogs down and also outside drinking bowls for your pet . It would be appreciated if dogs are not left inside the property by themselves and kept off the bed furniture.
We are 30 minutes from the Cleveland Way and we have 2 watering holes to provide food and drink in 1 a very friendly traditional English pub open 12-11pm. Saturday night they hold live music unless you are there, as you will be made welcome, you can expect noise till 11pm. Also Ironstone Weatherspoons offering cooked breakfast from 8am and food till 11pm take out available, both within walking distance
