These four tranquil reservoirs are home to an incredibly diverse range of birdlife, making the area one the best birdwatching spots in southern England. Various bird species can be spotted at the individual reservoirs, including black-necked grebes and hobbies at Wilstone Reservoir, ringed plovers and grebes at Startop Reservoir and corn buntings and bitterns at Marsworth Reservoir. Tringford Reservoir is the smallest of the four, and has a wonderfully serene ambience.
There is a car park at the reserve entrance by Wilstone Reservoir, approximately 3 miles from The Ridgeway National Trail.
