2 beautiful sunlit rooms in family home

You will find a generous family Victorian home bathed in light, generously proportioned, and incredibly comfortable. The Green Room and the Blue Room are two rooms that we rent out in our home, they are both generous in size and incredibly quiet. Our beds are renowned for their comfort and the bedding is all cotton with handmade quilts laid over the duvet.

There are two shared bathrooms; one with a bath and hand held shower, and the other is a shower room.  Both bathrooms have toilets, and there is a third separate toilet.  We offer dressing gowns in each room so bathroom visits are made easy, and there is a tea and coffee tray in each room.  We also offer a separate guest garden room where you will find board games galore and leads directly into a private, walled garden where you are free to use the BBQ and fire-pit.  (Logs and charcoal is not provided)

A continental style breakfast is provided buffet style in the family kitchen for you to help yourselves at a time convenient to you.  We take care to provided locally sourced conserves, bread and eggs, artisan butter, homemade muesili, fresh fruit, crunchy nut cornflakes, teas and fresh coffee.

Check in is from 5pm and check out is by 10am and parking is free.  If you are staying more than one night we will provide you with a digital parking permit for the duration of your stay.

After a day on North Beach (2 min walk away), or a gorgeous coastal walk, why not relax with a crisp glass of wine in our private garden, before heading out to one of the fantastic restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Bridlington harbour, Bridlington Spa, and the town centre are all within a few minutes walk, and if you are visiting for the varied birdlife and wildlife up by Flamborough Head and Thornwick Bay we are just a short drive away.
