Elmfield Farm Cottages

Warm welcome awaits in cosy cottages on our small friendly farm high on the North Downs.  Our 4 Cottages sleeps a total of 20.  Guests are welcome to explore our small family farm where we have a small flock of sheep, a few donkeys, alpacas, pigs chickens and ducks.  Elmfield Farm links up with footpaths through bluebell woods for longer walks.  We always leave homemade cakes for our guests!

Dilly Cottage Sleeps 4. Pets Welcome, Twin room, double room, bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen, open plan living/dining room.  Enclosed garden overlooking fields.

Gilt Cottage Sleeps 4. Pets Welcome - Twin room, double room, bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen, open plan living/dining room.  Enclosed garden overlooking woodland.

Clay Cottage Sleeps 6. Downstairs double with en suit wet room, open plan living kitchen/dining room.  Upstairs family bathroom with shower over bath, twin room, double room. Decking and small garden overlooking fields. The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible with ramped access to the front. Sorry no pets.

Straw Cottage Sleeps 6. Downstairs double with en suit wet room, open plan living kitchen/dining room.  Upstairs family bathroom with shower over bath, twin room, double room. There is a recently finished communal laundry (spring 2018).  We also have a dining room available for guests which can seat up to 20 if you are traveling in a large party.

For children we have cots, highchairs, stairgates for the top of stairs, microwaveable bottle steralisier and a range of plastic plates and bowls as well as childrens cutlery. Outside there is a small play area with swings and slide.  Children and adults are most welcome to join us feeding the animals each evening.

Walkers and Cyclists are very welcome.
