Bridge Road, East Molesey is THE location to eat if you are walking the Path and need lunch or supper. As you approach the bridge at Hampton Court walking east take the right hand turn just before the bridge. You will have an opportunity to break your journey, to meander amongst the many antique and gift shops, the art gallery and emporium of small stalls. There are plenty of bistots, cafes, two pubs and several good restaurants here. If you walk over the bridge The Mute Swan and The Mitre provide cosy spots to stop too. This local community hub is buzzing all year, if you'd like to have a special meal do book ahead as tables are often taken at weekends.
Walton Road Molesey, a 15 min walk farther west, south of Molesey Boat Club has many local restaurants too, if you prefer somewhere quieter head down from the river to Molesey central and check out the local shops for take away food. There is a Tesco store at Hurst Park if you need to top up on provisions or get a sandwich or drinks to go.
