Pinhaw Beacon is just a short walk south along the Pennine Way from the Skipton Old Road, south of the village of Earby. It offers splendid views north towards the Yorkshire Dales, with Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whenside all visible on a clear day.
There is a circular walk from Ickornshaw or Thornton in Craven which passes Pinhaw Beacon.
