completed the Offas Dyke walk over 13 days. The weather throughout was warm and sunny. The exception being the Pandy to Hay-on-Wye section over the Black Mountains where I was assaulted by a sudden violent storm of gale force winds, thunder lightning and hail stones the size of golf balls. Hay on Wye was a welcome sight. My favourite section and a personal highlight of this trip was walking over the Pontcysyllte viaduct near Llangollen. If you like heights then you'll love this! Another memorable moment was finally seeing the North Wales Coast on day twelve. Proved to be quite emotional IMHO.Thirteen days to walk from Chepstow to Prestatyn. Three hours to get back.......By train.Would i do it again?............
