We do not supply any identifying information to Ordnance Survey.
If you see a photograph that belongs to you or your organisation that is not credited then please contact us to let us know.
We reserve the right to use any photographs added to the site for the purposes of promotion.

Any information that you provide to the site such as photos, accommodation information, enquiries, problem reports or listings for the website, is captured into our database. The information provided is used to fulfil queries and requests from users of the site. The information also helps us to improve our website, by making it more personal for each individual user.
Accommodation lists are generated by the site and exported in pdf format. These contain a summary of the information about your business, but exclude the admin email address.
We have discretion to edit, alter or delete any data you add.

All accommodation added to the site must accept bookings from walkers. Listing is free. Natural England reserves the right to contact you at any time about your listing.
