The cliff top Coast Path route for use at high tide has been lost to coastal erosion.
Hemsby Footpath 2 also known as 'The Marrams' has been lost and is inaccessible, as a result we have now closed the path.
The Norfolk Coast Path along the beach is subject to tides, please check local tide information via www.tide-forecast.com/locations/Hemsby/tides/latest or alternatively call the Met Office on 0370 900 0100 before beginning the route along this section as shown on the map. From where the Coast Path joins the beach you have a 2.3 mile walk to clear the erosion site so please allow enough time to avoid being cut off.
