Inclusivity has been at the heart of the Countryside Code refresh; we’ve created guidance that will be of support and value to many people through inclusive language, imagery, and communication channels. As part of this approach, we have worked to translate the Code into languages other than English and Welsh so that more people will benefit from the advice it contains. By translating the Countryside Code, we hope to encourage more people to spend time outdoors, feeling confident that they’re doing the right thing to respect, protect and enjoy nature.
